We currently ship to addresses within Australia yet can arrange for overseas shipping on request. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-5 business days of purchase, subject to public holidays and freight companies abilities to process orders.

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email, which can be used to track the status of their shipment.

For heavier and bulky items, we recommend taking out freight insurance to protect against any potential damage during transit. Please note that the freight company is responsible for any damage incurred during shipment, as we do not ship the products ourselves. We work with third-party businesses to get our products to our customers, and we rely on their expertise to ensure that each shipment arrives at its destination in good condition.
