Please be aware that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We also advise that items should be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.

If an item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please take photos and we ask that you contact our customer service team immediately, and we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that our returns policy is subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to refuse returned items that do not comply with our policy. If items are refused, they will be posted back to you, and additional postage fees may be charged.
